30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with the following conditions:

Returns/Refunds Are Accepted If:

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is lightly used and in original condition and packaging
  • You provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue or dissatisfaction
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Your order arrives to you damaged

Returns/Refunds Are Not Accepted For:

  • Excessive use or damaged items
  • Inputting the wrong address by mistake
  • Shipping delays beyond our control
  • Unauthorised returns made without contacting us first

Return & Refund Process:

If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Refunds are only granted in rare cases after review. The return process is simple, we'll send you a barcode which you can scan at your nearest post office to receive your return label. In the rare case that your order arrived to you damaged/faulty you still have to return it and provide photo/video evidence of the damage/fault. Your return/refund isn't instant and will take approximately 2 weeks after you've made your return.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, the courier will return the package to our supplier. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. Returns may be requested after delivery if eligible.

To begin a return, please contact us via the Contact section on our store homepage within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To avoid any delays, please include your order number and the name of the item you wish to return, as emails without this information may not be processed.
