Shipping Times
- United Kingdom: 2-6 business days
- Ireland & EU: 5-9 business days
- USA/Canada: 6-10 business days
- International: 7-15 business days, depending on location
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or peak shopping periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real time. If you have any problems with your tracking number or haven't received one you can contact us and we'll provide you with information on your order shipping status as soon as possible.

- UK and North America: Free shipping
- International orders: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination
Delays and Exceptions
We strive to meet all estimated delivery times, but delays can occasionally occur due to:

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address, please contact us. Once the parcel has been returned to us or our fulfilment partner, we can assess refund or redelivery options under our returns policy. Additional redelivery charges may apply where the customer supplied an incorrect address. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
